Redline are GasSafe registered engineers and carry out full domestic gas safety inspections.
As a landlord, you have duties under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 to arrange maintenance by a GasSafe registered engineer for all pipe work, appliances and flues, which you own and have provided for your tenants use.
You must also arrange for an annual gas safety check to be carried out every 12 months by a Gas Safe Registered engineer. You must keep a record of the safety check for 2 years and issue a copy to each existing tenant within 28 days of the check being completed and issue a copy to any new tenants before they move in.

Q. How quickly can you get my boiler repaired?
A. Once we have given you a free quotation and you are happy to proceed, we will book your job in for installation. We do where possible offer a same day service.
Q. How long will it take to carry out a central heating installation?
A. This obviously depends upon the type of property and the complexity of the heating system being installed. Most installations can be normally be completed within one or two days. Whatever the situation, we will always advise you of the installation process, what needs to be done, and what the timescales are likely to be.
Q. What if it takes longer than expected to install my heating system?
A. The price we agree with you will be the price you pay.
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes, we have full public liability insurance.
