First class service. A very reasonable and punctual boiler service led to a second visit to replace and add some radiators onto an existing central heating system. Darren provided excellent advice regarding options, agreed and stuck to an installation date (even sending an email to remind me 2 days before – that’s the first time that’s happened!) then carried out all agreed work in a single day. There was minimal/no disruption and embarrassingly the areas where he had been working (and elsewhere) were left in a far better condition than he had found them. I am now enjoying the warmth of a CH system which is working better & more efficiently than it has done in years and would recommend Redline Plumbing to anyone needing boiler/central heating/plumbing work. Excellent!

I am very happy to take this opportunity to recommend Redline Plumbing & Heating. When our old boiler came to the end of its days, we sourced quotes from a number of local fitters for a replacement. After several visits by fitters, we were still debating and a little confused by what we could expect. We were pleasantly surprised when Darren turned up to assess the work and we got a gut instinct that Redline were the right choice for the job. Although Darren obviously knew a lot about boilers, he was very good at explaining in layman’s terms what was required. Darren allowed us flexibility, where this allowed, while always recommending the very best to meet our needs. We were even more delighted when we received Darren’s quote and found that it compared very favourably against those of his competitors. The installation went to plan and schedule and Darren did a follow up visit to check how the new boiler had settled in and gave us a very helpful demo of all the controls. Redline offer a very good rate for service on their own installations which for me is great because, personally, from now on I wouldn’t have anybody but Darren touch my new boiler!

I’m going to have to find a dictionary and thesaurus as I need more words to describe Redline service. Price was the most reasonable by a noticeable margin, immediate response and extremely courteous, prompt when it came to installing the cooker. This was all apparent as the other places i had called were none of these things. Some acted like I was disturbing something better they had to do. When Redline actually arrived he explained the procedure, after having given me an all inclusive quote so no surprises, was very friendly and irrelevantly even swept the floor. When Darren of Redline first visited our house to have a look at changing our boiler, I was immediately impressed with how helpful he was in going over our installation plans and offering free advice. I had asked two other plumbers who were all good guys to quote for the work but Darren’s was the most competitive and he got the work. The job was to decommission our existing boiler from a back bedroom and relocate a new one in the kitchen. The installation was completed on time and Darren’s plumbing work is very high quality. Nothing is too much trouble for Darren and we were impressed how he cleaned up at the end of the day and made good brick and plasterwork. He followed up the job by coming over to see me to explain how to operate the system and do a proper handover and complete all the warranty information. My wife was impressed on how patient Darren was with our 3 year old boy who wanted to watch the installation and know exactly what was happening at every stage! To summarise; our new boiler is fantastic and looks great. Darren of Redline Plumbing ticks all the boxes. He is very knowledgeable, competent, methodical and safe and an all-round nice guy and I would have no hesitation in recommending Darren to anyone that needs high quality plumbing work at a competitive price.

Darren at Redline first gave me my quote in December 2010. The quote he provided was extremely competitive, and the description of the work to be carried out and the products to be used was thorough. He came and completely cleared my old system in Jan 2011, and fitted a whole new gas central heating system and boiler during the past week (21st Feb 2011). During this week, Darren also managed to squeeze in the time to install my new bathroom suite and the plumbing for the kitchen. I would happily recommend Redline to anyone. The quality of the work carried out was exceptional. Darren was meticulous with his work, and finished comfortably within the timeframe given. After completing the installation, Redline also cleaned up the whole site (and even did me the favour of taking some of my rubbish away too!) Before leaving Darren also took the time to explain every aspect of my new system and how it works in great detail. I will definitely be using Redline for all gas and central heating jobs in the future.
