Each boiler we install or service is tested with Anton sprints award winning flue gas analyser.

It is now a regulation that from February 2010 all gas engineers who undertake servicing or repair to band A or B condensing boilers have to hold the relevant Gas Safe qualification CPA1 – use of flue gas analyser.

This regulation has been introduced in response to incidents where unqualified gas engineers who have been servicing these appliances had left them in potentially dangerous condition.

Therefore, every boiler installation or service we do is tested with a high quality flue gas analyser. These small portable units test for dangerous build ups of carbon monoxide within the appliance,and we have been using them as a health check for boilers for many years. On completion of a flue gas test the customer shall be presented with a printed copy of the findings and explained the results

A. This obviously depends upon the type of property and the complexity of the heating system being installed. Most installations can be normally be completed within one or two days. Whatever the situation, we will always advise you of the installation process, what needs to be done, and what the timescales are likely to be.

Q. What if it takes longer than expected to install my heating system?

A. The price we agree with you will be the price you pay.
